Woodland Park Zoo - WA

On Friday morning we bought the City Pass for Seattle which gets 

you admission to:

 Space Needle

  Seattle Aquarium

  Argosy Cruises Harbor Tour

  Museum of Pop Culture (MoPOP)   or   Woodland Park Zoo

  Chihuly Garden and Glass   or   Pacific Science Center

We went to the and the owl / bird show was a must-see for us!

 

Remember April the giraffe? There is her baby! (see left picture)

Cockatiels at a zoo?! Well I never!! I was in heaven!

 

 They gave us popsicle sticks with millet on the end for $5 and we could feed that to the cockatiels. We ended up visiting this area again later because it was so fun.

This was an interesting read

Hippos in the water. They didn't come up hardly at all when we were watching them.

SO many cockatiels! Ahhh

Penguins!

Such a fun zoo - worth visiting. I'd go back again for sure.
