Make Something You Love - Cricut in Phoenix!

I volunteered at a super cool Cricut event in Phoenix on Tuesday that was in two sessions (morning and afternoon) and it was about letting people come test out / use the new Cricut Maker machine, do some hands on crafts, complete simple tasks to earn pins and win some amazing giveaways!

I started my morning handing out bags to people in line. Inside was a iron on heart, schedule for the day and 'passport' to get signed when various tasks were completed. Once they got their card done, they got 3 super cute pins and entered to win a bunch of amazing prizes.

Such cool decor!

The hot air balloon one was my favorite, of course

Teaching people about the Easy Press

Simplicity Patterns had a booth

Make and take with Michael's. Those ladies were so fun!

Can you believe the Cricut Maker cut the fabric for these seat cushions? Each cushion was unique and had different fabrics.

Lots of awesome prizes were given away!

Attendees could come to our table and see how the BrightPad worked - soo awesome for weeding those detailed designs

These are the cute pins I handed out when challenges were completed of going to various areas and learning, posting a video and posting a photo of certain things. The pins were so cool and everyone seemed excited to earn them.

All in all a very well put together event and I am so glad I was able to volunteer. After the second session left I worked on boxing up Cricut machines, cleaning up our area, folding chairs, etc. They got us Mexican food to eat which was super delicious.  Thank you Cricut for your kindness and generosity!
