Easter Dinner

Tony wanted to treat Laura and Rocky to dinner with the money they paid us (which we split) for helping them paint KRico Peru a few weeks ago. Since Rocky works Monday through Saturday, Sunday was really the only day that would work out for all 4 of us to go eat together. Tony called to reserve the chef's table Saturday evening and at 5pm we were at Bucca Di Beppo's for dinner!

If you have never been to this restaurant before, it's family style dining so their dishes can serve 2-4 people or 4-8 people. We started with an appetizer of stuffed mushrooms which I thought were delicious. Rocky loves mushrooms too, Laura & Tony - not as much.

Laura & Tony did really like the green sauce though. Altogether it tasted so delicious, I could have eaten the whole plate by myself!

Then we ordered stuffed shells and chicken carbonara. SO SO delicious!  Laura and I got flavored lemonades too. That, along with the free bread filled us up so much that we had zero room left for dessert.

Rocky was fascinated by how they ran the kitchen and the head chef came                            over to talk to him a few times

Afterward we all got a nice picture together. Even though it wasnt the traditional Easter dinner I'd imagined doing, being able to go here with Laura & Rocky turned out very well after all.
