Tony Time part II

Monday I went to work in the morning from about 9-12:30pm. Came home to find Tony working on the Wii again (he was trying to mod it for me so I can play games downloaded from the 'net) and we went out to Costco and bought choc covered cherries and choc covered pomegranates. Both are really good!

He was wanting a milkshake pretty badly so we went to eat at Fuddruckers...

Then we went to Walmart to buy a few things, including some food for a party we were having at my house for the Fiesta Bowl. Tony attempted to make orange chicken and after filling the kitchen with smoke and smells once, he got it down after that. Phew! We turned on a bunch of fans, my friends Ben & his wife Hillary showed up, I made veggies and dip and had chips and made stuff to drink. We had the wii set up and the tv on with the game going.

BSU ended up beating TCU so Tony was pretty happy about that. I didnt care too much about the game, mostly just talked to Hillary, went online, and ate food. Used my microwave rice cooker (pampered chef) for the first time and it worked really really well! It was such a fun party and later one of my visiting teachers, Tara, stopped by to say hi and meet Tony. Brennen came over later too and that was super fun!

Tuesday was the day Tony was leaving Arizona to go back to Utah. I didnt have to work in the morning so we just kind of hung out and went to ...

Mmm one of my favorite frozen yogurt places to eat and Tony likes it too. His creation is on the left (pro!) and mine is on the right. Yum Yum Yum.

Then Tony's ride was supposed to leave at 11am, they texted and said 1pm and then they said 3pm! I went in to work from 2-3pm ...found out later I could have just worked from home! Agh! I drove to Chandler for nothing pretty much. Came back to Mesa to pick up Tony & dropped him off at Baseline & the i10 so he could get his ride back to Utah. So sad to see him go :( No upcoming trips planned to see each other. Yet.
