Saturday was the Aloha Festival in Tempe so my friend Chris & I went to check it out. Neither of us had ever gone before and it was pretty fun! We saw dancers....
Ate delicious food - here is Chris eating some pork and he also got guava cake YUM
did a little shopping...I got a cool necklace...
& of course I had to get a cheesy shot before leaving...
All in all it was very fun to get out & do something different & see how other cultures celebrate who they are. The dancing was amazing. I'll try to get some vids posted or links to my Youtube so you can check them out soon :)

That is awesome! I love the Polynesian culture - we lived in Hawaii one summer and it was such a blast!
